Add each individual client or Family you're inviting, (ex: The Smiths if more than 3 people), allocate how many food/beverage tickets you'd like to provide that person or that family, and upon arrival, they will give their name to the Bray welcome table, receive their food & beer tickets  (if you've chosen to provide them) entry can be granted with no free food/beverage tickets provided as long as they are on your list that was provided to event staff.
